If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up and improve your fitness, then Fitness Bootcamp is for you. Both instructors are Ex-military and performed at high level sports, so we will push and motivate you to achieve your goals. Our Bootcamps are for men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and are held outdoors all weathers rain or shine with lots of motivation and fun, embracing the environment! Consisting of the most effective whole body approach we use body weight exercises, running, skipping and various equipment. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat.

We use progressive fitness training at Fitness Bootcamp, there will be some circuit training, boxing, kettlebells, even tyre flipping, but don’t worry we will start you off slowly and there will be lots of others in the same boat. We do also run Bootcamp Basics classes for those that are completely new to fitness or who don’t feel quite ready for full bootcamps just yet.

The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus. We will safely and progressively challenge you, never more than you can handle, and we work as a team, inspiring, working hard and above all – everybody having fun! You will need comfortable clothing you can exercise in but the most important thing for you to bring is a positive, can-do attitude and desire to have fun with others just like you! The social element of the Bootcamps are a vital part of your success, the camaraderie and support is tremendous with everyone working together as a team.
