FB Runners is a fun friendly running group embracing the outdoors, providing running coaching, training and advise provided by Running Coach and UKA Run England Leader Jason Hull.

Whether your a complete beginner, running your first marathon or wanting to break your 10k PB, I can help you. Do you need 1-2-1 training or a structured training programme or advise on nutrition and hydration, injury prevention or running techniques? I will bring my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to ensure you achieve your full running potential.
