Jason Hull
Lifelong Passion for Health, Fitness, and Sports

trainerpic1Jason decided to become a personal trainer and sports coach in order to help both individuals and groups improve their fitness and quality of life. A natural progression for Jason who had always enjoyed playing sports and exercising. He love’s training all types of people and helping them see the amazing results they can achieve through exercise and nutrition. He lists Skiing/Boarding, Parachuting and Scuba Diving as his hobbies and he currently writes for local magazines about different fitness and health related topics along with actively getting involved with charity events along the seafront ie Marie Curie, Santa Dash, Chestnut Tree House, and heading up the beginners Training Camp for the Eastbourne Half Marathon.

Also a firefighter, Jason is used to working in tough environments as part of a team, remaining calm, focused and motivating others to meet objectives. His passion is helping people improve their fitness and health has led him to constantly pursue a furthering of his career now undertaking a sports science degree. He particularly enjoys the group atmosphere and motivating each individual to achieve their goals whilst having fun! Outside of work Jason enjoys competing in both triathlons and running events such as half and full marathons. Jason is a great motivator who will strive hard to ensure every individual reaches their personal targets. Jason makes physical activity fun and ensures people appreciate the local knowledge of the environment they are in whilst training.
