Men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, I will get the very best out of you. My Bootcamp Circuits are held outdoors, with lots of motivation and fun! My name is Jason Hull, a certified advance personal trainer, running coach and fitness professional with years of experience. My goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat.

I use progressive fitness training at FBPT. If your fitness level is currently low, I’ll start you slow and there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus.
I will SAFELY and progressively challenge you, never more than you can handle.

Besides the body transformation you’ll experience, the biggest achievement is the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment of feeling/looking good. Your energy levels will soar. Stress will drop and your stamina and strength will increase, your body fat will decrease.
